Lindsay & Zak, Getting To Know You Session, Hillstead Museum, Farmington,CT.

Meet Lindsay and Zak! We spent the late afternoon exploring the awesome grounds of the Hillstead Museum in Farmington, CT. The Hillstead has a colonial New England feel that I can relate to from living in Colonial Williamsburg, VA. We were there at just the right time to take advantage of that beautiful golden light.

Next Up: Sarah & Kurt's Heritage Vineyard Wedding!

The only thing missing is the banjo!

I couldn't get enough of that light reflecting off Lindsay's red hair.

As I was taking this shot, I suddenly found myself singing......The hills are alive.........with the sound of music.

Zak busting out some yoga, I think?

Thanks Lindsay and Zak for a great time! See you August 22nd!

Ooh..this is one of the best e-shoots I've seen in a while. Really gorgeous light, gorgeous and fun) couple. They strike some awesome poses and you nailed the light and compositions. Love the shot of her leaning into his chest against the red barn. The 2 of them in the stone archway. They hillside. And that last shot with their laughter is killer.

Awesome session! Your hills are alive bit made me chuckle. I once caught myself humming the "Proud to be an American" song when taking pics of a flag. I guess it is a sign that we are really into our work! Big shout out to the big cheese and Julie Andrews!
